Each of the twelve bedrooms includes a private bathroom, giving everyone their own space to retreat to.

The top level of the main home includes an open and airy great room with the beautiful ocean view on full display. Relax in the comfortable living area with loved ones and plan out your day. A gas fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. The nearby kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for a crowd. The elevator is a big help in getting groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen on the third level. Enjoy meals together as a group in the dining area. In the early morning, take your coffee outside onto the oceanfront deck to observe the stunning sunrise over the ocean. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom is also available on the top level of the home.

Just outside, you will find the guest house, which features two levels of living space. The guest house connects to the main house via walkways on the top and middle floors. The third floor of the guest house includes a sitting area with a wet bar and beverage refrigerator as well as two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and deck access. The second floor of the guest house also has a sitting area with a wet bar and beverage refrigerator and two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and deck access. Covered parking is available underneath the guest house.

On the middle floor of the main home, you’ll find five master bedrooms, each including a private bathroom and access to the deck. Two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck, are located on the ground floor of the home. The remainder of the ground floor was designed with entertainment in mind. Take family movie night to an epic new level in the theater room. Kick back and relax in the rec room, which includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator and bar. Stock the kitchenette at the beginning of your stay so snacks and cold drinks can always be nearby. Laundry facilities are also available on the ground floor.

Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around in the sunshine poolside. After the sun sets for the evening, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub before going to bed.
