Entering the upper level great room boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound. A well-appointed dream kitchen with newer appliances will be sure to please even the discerning chef. Enjoy the large tucked away breakfast room, perfect for bird watching over the Audubon Sanctuary, overlooking the sound. The exceptionally large dining room provides views of both the ocean and sound, making each meal enjoyed together an extraordinary experience. Just steps outside the sliding door, enjoy another outdoor dining space for crab picking or late night snacks in a roomy screened porch. There are plenty of comfortable furnishings to gather, relax, watch tv, enjoy game night, or simply read a good book by the fire place in the cooler seasons. On this floor you will find three inviting large bedrooms, each with King size beds and private full baths, with exceptional views, and outdoor deck entry and seating from the two oceanfront view rooms. The large soundside view room on this floor offers a café table. Also included on this floor is a full service laundry room, and bonus upper loft area to gaze at the scenery, from the highest vantage point.

Step into the middle level and you will immediately be impressed with the large billiard room. This large lounge room is sure to provide many hours of enjoyment, with its pool table, large screen tv, fireplace, wine refrigerator and wet bar. Expansive decking and a second screened porch, adds endless vantage points, and are the perfect places to enjoy taking in coastal scenery and ocean air. This floor provides seven large quality bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, awesome views, and plenty of room for privacy. Five of the bedrooms on this floor provide direct access to outdoor deck seating. Two of the bedrooms are suitable for younger guests, including a double/double bunk set, and two twin beds.

On the lower level you will find a vast amount of space for recreation for all ages. Find an array of arcade games, championship shuffleboard competition table, poker table, and air hockey to provide fun for the entire family. The main attraction on this level is the 15-seat home theater, outfitted with surround sound and full-sized movie screen for streaming your favorite movie features. The “playroom” also offers a full service bar, commercial grade ice machine and refrigerator for ease of ground level food preparation for dining poolside. From there, it’s just a few steps to the spacious and inviting saltwater gunite pool. Follow your private pathway over the dune, directly to the ocean. Two outdoor showers are provided for rinsing off sandy feet, and an outdoor bathroom is next to the pool for close convenience. No need to worry about reserving a crowded spot on the beach. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Cabana Service is provided to set up beach chairs and umbrellas, Sunday-Friday. A 10 person regulated heated hot tub is also offered year round. The garage on this level provides plenty of beach accessories, a large front load laundry area, and a ping pong table. An elevator is built in for ease of moving groceries and luggage.
