Unloading groceries is a breeze with the elevator that services all three levels of the home. The grand master bedroom on the top level is truly unique, with ocean to sound views and a gas fireplace. When the sliding doors between the bedroom and bathroom are open, there are ocean views from the large, tiled shower with multiple showerheads. Have a restorative soak in the whirlpool tub after relaxing in the private sauna. A half bathroom completes the upper level.

The middle level consists of a mix of bedrooms and common areas. The rec room with pool table also includes comfortable seating, a TV, and a wet bar with a full size refrigerator. Sink into one of the 16 leather recliners in the state of the art theater. A wet bar with a full size refrigerator is located just outside of the theater room for convenience. The laundry room and a half bathroom complete the lower level’s interior. Step outside of the lower level to play ping pong or checkers on the lower level deck.
